How we handle copyright infringement claims and intellectual property rights.

Wunderbar Digital respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website or services if reported in the manner described below.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe material available through our services infringes your copyright, you must send a written notice that includes the following information:
Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works.
Material Location
The URL or specific location of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
Contact Information
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you.
Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy Statement
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
Your Signature
A physical or electronic signature.
Identification of Material
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
Good Faith Statement
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Consent to Jurisdiction
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.
Repeat Infringers
Wunderbar Digital reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.
