Information We Collect

Information you provide: Account details, contact information, messages, support inquiries, and any data you upload or generate.
Purchase & checkout details: When you buy a paid WunderBrand Suite™ product through our application at app.wunderbrand.ai (Stripe Checkout), we collect information needed to process the order and deliver access — such as your email, billing details, business name (when provided), and the brand name this purchase is for. That brand name is used to fulfill your order and lock product access, refreshes, and edits to the licensed brand.
Automatic data: Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and analytics.
Cookies & Tech: We use cookies, pixels, and local storage to remember preferences and analyze performance. For details on how we use cookies and how to manage your preferences, see Cookies & Tracking Technologies below.
Phone number & messaging data: If you provide your phone number, we may contact you by phone call or text message (SMS). We store your number, your consent status, and related message/call logs. Consent to marketing calls or texts is never a condition of purchase. See our Messaging Terms for details.
Third-party sources: We may receive info from partners (analytics, payment processors, or integrations).

How to Manage Your Cookie Preferences

When you first visit our site, a cookie banner will ask for your consent. You can choose to accept all cookies, decline all non-essential cookies, or customize your preferences by category. Your choice is saved for one year.

Do We Sell or Share Your Data?

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, when you opt in to Marketing cookies, tools such as the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag receive certain online identifiers and activity in order to measure ads and show you relevant advertising on other platforms. Under some laws (including California's CCPA/CPRA), this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How We Use Information

Your Diagnostic & Results Data

When you complete a WunderBrand Suite™ diagnostic, you provide information about your business, brand positioning, audience, competitive landscape and strategic priorities. We take the confidentiality of this information seriously.

How We Use Your Diagnostic Data

Your diagnostic responses are processed through our proprietary framework solely to generate your results. Specifically:

Results generation: Your responses are analyzed against our brand strategy frameworks to produce your WunderBrand Score™, pillar-level insights and strategic recommendations.
Session preparation: If you purchase WunderBrand Blueprint+™, your diagnostic data and results may be reviewed by our team to prepare for your Strategy Activation Session.
Service delivery: If you engage us for Managed Marketing or AI Consulting, your diagnostic data may inform the strategic foundation of that engagement — only with your authorization.

How We Do Not Use Your Diagnostic Data

Your diagnostic responses and results are not used to train AI models.
Your data is not shared with, sold to or made accessible to third parties for their own purposes.
Your data is not used in aggregate reporting, benchmarking or case studies unless you provide explicit written consent.

Confidentiality

The information you share during your diagnostic and the insights in your results are treated as confidential. This includes your responses, WunderBrand Score™, pillar-level analysis, archetype profile, strategic recommendations and any AI-ready prompt packs included with your results.

Third-Party Tools

Our services use third-party tools to deliver your experience. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information:

Diagnostic and results platform: Your results are hosted on our application platform (app.wunderbrand.ai), where your responses are processed and your results are generated and delivered.
Scheduling: Meetings are booked through Calendly, which collects your name, email and scheduling preferences. Calendly's use of your data is governed by Calendly's Privacy Policy.
Meeting recordings: With your consent, meetings may be recorded and transcribed using Otter.ai. Recordings are used solely for internal reference, session follow-up and service delivery. Otter.ai's use of your data is governed by Otter.ai's Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may decline at the start of any meeting.
Payment processing: Paid products are processed through Stripe Checkout on our application at app.wunderbrand.ai. Stripe may collect billing information, business details, and the brand name you enter for the purchase. We use that brand name to deliver access and entitlements for the licensed brand. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe's use of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Email communications: We use ActiveCampaign to deliver email communications including assessment follow-ups, session confirmations, and marketing content you've opted into. ActiveCampaign stores your email address, name, and engagement data (such as opens and clicks) on our behalf. ActiveCampaign's use of your data is governed by ActiveCampaign's Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
Security and performance: Our website is served through Cloudflare, which provides CDN, DDoS protection, and security services. Cloudflare processes visitor IP addresses and may set essential cookies as part of its security features. Cloudflare's use of your data is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain your diagnostic responses and results for as long as necessary to deliver your results and provide related services. If you would like your diagnostic data deleted, you may request deletion by contacting us at privacy@wunderbardigital.com.

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our services (hosting, security and CDN, analytics, email communications, payment processing). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations and do not have independent rights to use your information.
Advertising partners: When you opt in to Marketing cookies, we share limited online identifiers and activity with advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, and Google) to measure and deliver advertising. Under the CCPA/CPRA this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time via the cookie banner or our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
With your consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share your information.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights & Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Depending on your location, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, and portability.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

We do not sell your personal information for money. When you opt in to Marketing cookies, we may "share" limited online identifiers and activity with advertising partners (Meta, LinkedIn, and Google) for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. This sharing does not occur unless you grant Marketing consent, and you can opt out at any time.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
